Fatty foods

Today,In the morning I ate oil rice with chicken and apple after that I took a bath but I am hungry again T^T so I ate pizza 4 pieces. I think half of this day I ate about 1,800 calories. However, that not enough I ate fried pork. It about 400 calories then I found that my weight had more 2 kilograms. I will diet tomorrow.I promise ToT
